Collecting Personal Information

We find privacy extremely important. We try to process as little personal data as possible. However, for the services of Pickify we cannot avoid processing some personal data. We will do everything we can to protect personal data, whether they are from customers, end users or employees.

In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we store and what we use it for.

• Pickify is warehouse software for web shops. That is why we process personal data of customers of web shops that use Pickify, in addition to our customers' data.If you are a Pickify customer (or are in the process of becoming one, for example if you request a trial account), we process the following data from you:
  • Name
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Internet browser and device type
  • Other personal data that you provide to us by email
  If you place an order at a webshop that uses Picqer, we process the following data from you:
  • Name
  • Address details
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • IP address
  • Order history
  • Other personal data left in the comments field of an order
  • Possibly other personal data that is stored by the webshop in an order
  When you use our website, we process the following data from you:
  • IP address
  • Internet browser and device type
  • Pages visited

How long do we retain data?

If you are a Pickify customer, we will store your data for as long as you are a Pickify  customer. We will also store your contact details afterwards, so that if you become a customer again later, we can help you better. For financial administration, we are required to store your data for at least 7 years after you have been a customer with us.

All data that you store in your Pickify  account, which we have as a "processor", we store until you delete it yourself. If you cancel your Pickify subscription, we delete all data that you have stored in Pickify  after 30 days.

We store data about website visitors for a maximum of 14 months and make it (pseudo)anonymous where possible.

If you email us, the content of your email will be stored by us. This way we can always look up what we agreed on later.

Sharing Personal Information

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don't look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn't anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.

It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
